5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client cancellations made within the timeframe outlined in the signed agreement may qualify for partial refunds.
No refunds will be issued for completed services or past event dates.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Lux Collective Events reserves the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, non-payment, violations of venue rules, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Venue Rules and Conduct

Clients and guests agree to:

Treat the venue respectfully
Follow all safety guidelines
Comply with occupancy limits
Avoid illegal activity, violence, or disruptive behavior
Refrain from damaging venue property

Lux Collective Events reserves the right to remove any individual violating venue policies without refund.

7. Damages and Liability

The client is financially responsible for:

Property damage
Missing items
Excessive cleaning
Damage caused by guests, vendors, or attendees

Lux Collective Events is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen items
Injuries caused by guest negligence
Vendor-related issues
Weather conditions
Power outages or events beyond reasonable control

8. Decorations and Vendor Policy

All decorations must be approved if they may affect walls, floors, ceilings, or venue fixtures.
Open flames, hazardous materials, glitter, smoke machines, or confetti may be restricted.
Outside vendors may require prior approval and proper licensing or insurance documentation.

9. Photography and Marketing

Lux Collective Events may photograph or record portions of events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written request opting out before the event date.

10. Force Majeure

Lux Collective Events shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Severe weather
Emergencies
Internet or utility failures

11. Payment Security

Payments processed through our website are handled through secure third-party payment processors. Lux Collective Events does not store full payment card information on its servers.
