What is the capacity?

Our venue comfortably hosts up to 150 guests for seated events.

What’s included with rental?

Tables, chairs, ambient lighting, sound system, and prep kitchen access are included.

How much is the deposit?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, you’re welcome to use your preferred vendors for catering and decor.

Who handles setup and cleanup?

You or your vendors manage setup; we ask guests to leave the space tidy after events. If you added a package plan through us. We will take care of everything.
