At Lux Collective Events, we are committed to providing professional event planning, coordination, styling, and venue-related services in a timely and organized manner.

Booking Confirmation

Services are considered confirmed once:

  • A signed agreement or service confirmation is received

  • Required deposit or payment has been successfully processed

  • Clients receive an official booking confirmation email

Consultation Services

Consultation services are typically scheduled within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation. Clients will receive scheduling instructions and meeting details by email.

Event Planning & Coordination Services

Planning and coordination services begin after:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Initial consultation completion

  • Receipt of required event details from the client

Service timelines vary depending on the scope and size of the event.

Venue & Event Space Services

For venue rentals or event space coordination:

  • Clients will receive event access details, setup information, and scheduling instructions before the event date

  • Setup and breakdown times will be outlined in the booking agreement

  • Additional fees may apply for overtime, damages, or extended venue usage

Custom Event Décor & Styling

Custom décor, styling, and design services require advance preparation and coordination. Delivery and setup times are scheduled based on:

  • Event date

  • Venue access availability

  • Selected service package

Digital Communication

Most client communication, confirmations, invoices, and planning documents are delivered electronically through email or approved communication methods.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information

  • Submitting required documents and payments on time

  • Responding to planning requests in a timely manner

  • Ensuring venue compliance and guest cooperation when applicable

Service Delays

Lux Collective Events is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete client information

  • Venue restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Third-party vendor issues

  • Emergencies or circumstances beyond our control

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellations, and rescheduling terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any signed service agreements.
