At Lux Collective Events, we are committed to delivering a premium event experience. Due to the nature of event space rentals, all bookings are subject to the following Return and Refund Policy.

1. Non-Refundable Retainer

To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required at the time of booking. This retainer guarantees your reserved date and prevents other bookings for that time.

2. Payment Terms

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full by the agreed-upon due date outlined in your contract.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the retainer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before event: Payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

  • 15–30 days before event: Up to 50% of total payments (excluding the retainer) may be refunded at management’s discretion.

  • Less than 15 days before event: No refunds will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • One reschedule may be permitted if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.

  • A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date.

  • Requests made within 15 days of the event may not be accommodated.

5. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security/damage deposit may be required.

  • This deposit will be returned within 7–14 business days after the event, provided:

    • No damages occurred

    • All contract terms were followed

    • The space was left in acceptable condition

  • Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime use.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear or use the venue on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of all payments, including the retainer.

7. Force Majeure

Lux Collective Events is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies). In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options when possible.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

9. Agreement

By booking Lux Collective Events, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
