Starting Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Event Consultation: Starting at $100 USD

• Event Planning Services: Starting at $300 USD

• Venue Rental Packages: Starting at $500 USD

• Corporate Events: Starting at $750 USD

• Custom Event Décor & Styling: Starting at $500 USD

• Full-Service Event Packages: Starting at $1,500 USD

Final pricing may vary based on event type, guest count, rental duration, décor selections, staffing needs, and add-on services.

How Booking Works

1. Submit your booking request or inquiry form.

2. Lux Collective Events will review your requested event date, event type, and service needs.

3. You will receive a response with availability, pricing, and next steps.

4. To secure your event date, a signed agreement and required deposit or payment are required.

5. Once payment is received, you will receive an official booking confirmation by email.

6. Planning, coordination, or venue preparation will begin according to your selected service package.

Event dates are not guaranteed until the required payment and signed agreement have been received.

What Happens After Payment

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

• Booking confirmation email

• Copy of your agreement or service confirmation

• Payment receipt or invoice

• Next-step instructions

• Consultation or planning details, if applicable

Most confirmations, invoices, contracts, and planning documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the client.

Consultation Scheduling

Consultation services are typically scheduled within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation. Clients will receive scheduling instructions and meeting details by email.

Venue & Event Space Bookings

For venue rentals or event space services, clients will receive event access details, setup information, venue rules, and scheduling instructions before the event date.

Setup and breakdown times will be outlined in the booking agreement. Additional fees may apply for overtime, damages, excessive cleaning, or extended venue usage.

Custom Décor & Styling

Custom décor and styling services require advance preparation and coordination. Delivery and setup times are scheduled based on the event date, venue access, selected package, and design requirements.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment processors. Lux Collective Events does not store full credit card information on its servers.

Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and other approved payment options shown at checkout.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any signed service agreement.

Important Booking Notes

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, responding to planning requests, submitting required documents, and making payments by the required deadlines.

Lux Collective Events reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to non-payment, safety concerns, policy violations, or unavailable dates.
